Completing the workshop grants you 8 ICF CCE units.
A client’s intentions pull in different directions. A conversation keeps returning to the same place. Something shifts between coach and client before either can explain what has changed.
Complexity-Informed Coaching invites us to investigate how these experiences arise through interaction, what they might reveal, and how we can respond in service of the client.
What keeps recurring, and how might coach and client both contribute?
What becomes possible when we stay curious about competing needs and perspectives?
How can we notice and support possibilities that neither person could have planned?
How do our assumptions, reactions, and choices shape the coaching relationship?
Our differences in background, perspective, and coaching experience become opportunities to observe complexity as we participate in it.
Across three sessions, we combine experiential activities, coaching practice, shared reflection, and concise theoretical input.
Bring real questions from your practice. Experiment with different ways of noticing and responding, alongside colleagues whose perspectives may differ from your own.
Coaches holding ICF PCC credentials or above, interested in questioning familiar assumptions and expanding their capacity to work with uncertainty.
Join Abi Shilon and Leonid Frolov for a shared exploration of complexity in coaching relationships.
